Full-Time Customer Success Consultant

The Customer Success Consultant works with Cint’s customers by establishing strategic relationships, setting performance goals, and acting as a consultative resource.

Responsibilities:

• Enable partners to achieve their goals using Cint products.
• Manage relationships with clients to drive high-impact business strategies.
• Execute customer success plans to optimize product use.
• Support onboarding new client business and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Provide regular training on Cint’s products to new and existing users.
• Work with sales to pitch new products and provide strategic consultation.
• Analyze trends in client performance and form proactive recommendations.
• Suggest policies and best practices that improve team operations.

Requirements:

• Customer-facing experience with project management skills.
• Experience with relationship management, client presentations, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Disciplined work ethic.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Track record of driving client business growth.

Bonus Points:

• Experience managing Enterprise SaaS clients.
• Experience supporting software products.
• Understanding of software solutions and API integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or PowerBI.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Market research experience.
