Job Details
We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer II to drive the success of Procore’s customers in Canada. In this role, you’ll be the product champion of Procore and serve as a subject matter expert. You will succeed in this role when the customer succeeds. As a successful Customer Success Engineer II, you’ll help organizations understand best practices around construction technology.
- Make data-driven recommendations to your customers on how they can optimize the value of Procore.
- Craft value-based presentations that address customer business problems.
- Provide product roadmap and product release updates to your customers.
- Drive in product demonstrations and coordinate multiple technical resources.
- Serve as a technical account manager by providing the highest level of responsiveness and customer service.
- 2+ years of Construction industry expertise
- 2+ years of Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Pre-Sales experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of the construction industry across different verticals
