Role overview: As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the trusted partner to Arizona school districts, driving their success with Cartwheel.
Key responsibilities:
- Build relationships with school district leadership, staff, and families.
- Work with the Arizona Department of Education to align services.
- Launch and maintain school partnerships, promoting trust.
- Provide a strategic view of districts, including strengths, opportunities, and risks.
- Share feedback on the care model, technology, and operations.
- Partner with a clinical lead to provide clinical guidance.
- Build and support collaboration with the clinical team.
- Flexible travel to districts for support.
Required experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in education, education technology, or school-based mental health.
- 2+ years of experience working in or around Arizona school systems.
- Commitment to serving diverse communities (e.g., uninsured, underinsured families, youth in foster care).
- Passion for addressing the youth mental health crisis.
