The Customer Success Manager on the Scale & Growth Team is the main POC of the client throughout the client experience cycle. CSM’s are here to provide advice on how to best structure internal processes to drive growth while using Deel's product adoption and help the client with their remote global workforce.
Clients that sit within the Scale & Growth team are Tier 3 clients, managing up to 200 accounts (at least to start; this may increase over time if we need to based on bandwidth)
What you will enjoy working on:
- Project management
- Works well with internal teams in order to deliver the best customer experience, this entails working with Support, Product, Sales & Engineering
- Have a good knowledge of where Deel is hiring and Deel services (payroll, HR, Product, etc)
- Set up outreach campaigns for customer base
- Preventing and eliminating churn
- Growing relationships with a larger book of clients and promoting their growth at Deel
You will be successful if:
- Ideally 1-2+ years of experience within Customer Success
- Has experience within a Regional/Global book of business
- Experience in outreach campaigns & automation
- Used to deal with escalations, or frustrating customers
- Take good ownership & accountability
- You speak, read and write in English fluently
- You are based within EMEA timezone
