About this Position: As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive retention, growth, and advocacy.
What you will do:
- Customer Engagement: Manage post-sales activity, build relationships, and deliver customer service.
- Be accountable for customer retention and minimize churn.
- Maintain high levels of CSat and NPS.
- Sales Excellence: Develop knowledge of customer business, educate decision-makers, and drive revenue growth through expansion and up-selling.
- Develop value-proposition presentations and business plans.
- Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Help identify customer references and create case studies.
- Product & Industry Expertise: Maintain knowledge of G-P’s product landscape.
- Train customers to drive product adoption.
- Project Management: Support customers in projects and participate in cross-functional projects.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum Requirements: 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing role.
- Experience developing strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional prioritization skills.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Strong influencing skills and self-motivation.
- Assertive problem-solver and proactive relationship manager.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Driven by passion for customers.
- Preferred Qualifications: Project management and SaaS or HCM experience.
