About this Position: As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive retention, growth, and advocacy.
What you will do:
  • Customer Engagement: Manage post-sales activity, build relationships, and deliver customer service.
  • Be accountable for customer retention and minimize churn.
  • Maintain high levels of CSat and NPS.
  • Sales Excellence: Develop knowledge of customer business, educate decision-makers, and drive revenue growth through expansion and up-selling.
  • Develop value-proposition presentations and business plans.
  • Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer and provide feedback to internal teams.
  • Help identify customer references and create case studies.
  • Product & Industry Expertise: Maintain knowledge of G-P’s product landscape.
  • Train customers to drive product adoption.
  • Project Management: Support customers in projects and participate in cross-functional projects.
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum Requirements: 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience developing strong customer relationships.
  • Exceptional prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Strong influencing skills and self-motivation.
  • Assertive problem-solver and proactive relationship manager.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Driven by passion for customers.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Project management and SaaS or HCM experience.
