About the Role: You’ll be the trusted point of contact for our legal clients, building long-term relationships, acting as their advocate, and solving problems.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact, collaborating with internal teams.
- Manage product trials, including training and feedback collection.
- Handle customer queries and requests efficiently.
- Conduct periodic customer health checks, identifying renewal risks and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with customers to align goals and drive value.
- Maximize retention and annual increases.
- Support customers with onboarding and account setup.
- Train end-users and other trainers.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, thinking quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt, multi-task, and prioritize.
- Positive, high-energy personality with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Legal Customer Success experience is a plus.
- Team player and self-motivated.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
