Keeper is seeking a bilingual (French) Customer Success Manager to join our B2B sales division.
About the Job
Join a team of successful Customer Success professionals focused on helping companies maximize their technology investments.
Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Communicate with French-speaking customers (written and verbal).
  • Negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Establish business and technical goals with clients via technical and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Maintain a structured cadence with customer accounts, build relationships, present solutions, and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Advise customers on best practices for securing their business against password-related breaches.
  • Proactively manage customer success to deliver consistent value.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Customer Success best practices and trends.
  • Resolve customer issues through collaboration and technical knowledge.
  • Build strong customer relationships by maintaining engagement, adoption, and communication.
  • Become a Keeper Security product expert.
  • Drive customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies.
  • Perform data-driven reviews to prioritize opportunity and risk.
  • Participate in the evolution of Keeper Security’s Customer Success programs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success/Sales roles.
  • Fluent in French and English (verbal and written).
  • Strong technical knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory etc), implementation, onboarding & support
  • Experience working with Enterprise organizations and C-level Executives.
  • Unrivaled autonomy and dedication to helping customers realize value.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and a proactive problem solver.
  • Aptitude for learning software and strong business application skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS).
  • Experience in IAM industry is a plus.
