MEDIAGENIX’ Customer Success organization is looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Brazil.
Your challenges:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Analyze product usage and gather customer feedback.
- Encourage product adoption by organizing demos and training sessions.
- Act as the customer’s voice in product development.
- Coordinate structured interactions with customers on SLAs and support topics.
- Lead project execution, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Oversee project risks, timelines, and budgets.
- Align customer needs with internal teams.
Your interests and skills:
- Proven experience in customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical mindset.
- Project management expertise.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10-20%).
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, ideally Portuguese.
