Work Truck Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be a trusted advisor for key automotive dealer accounts. This role drives customer value, maximizes product adoption, and ensures customer retention and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management & Growth:
- Develop strategic account plans to drive product adoption and retention.
- Conduct regular Business Reviews (QBRs) demonstrating ROI.
- Act as the primary business partner for assigned dealers.
- Monitor account health and usage data to mitigate churn risks.
- Secure customer referrals and testimonials.
- Customer Enablement & Value Realization:
- Lead the customer lifecycle post-sale.
- Serve as a product expert, coaching dealers on use cases.
- Create customized training and enablement sessions.
- Document all dealer interactions in the CRM.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Act as the 'Voice of the Customer' internally.
- Escalate high-priority technical issues.
- Propose process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Business acumen to run strategic business reviews with senior-level decision-makers.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of complex accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Understanding of Microsoft Excel/Word/Google Applications.
Preferred:
- Associate's/Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in the Automotive or SaaS industry.
