Join Xplor Education Vertical as a Customer Success Manager in Melbourne, to make a real impact every day. The Customer Success team is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with our customers.
Reporting to the Account Management Team Lead, you'll provide the best post-sales experience possible for Xplor Education customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional, solutions-focused post-sales experience.
- Help customers adopt and activate Xplor’s product suite.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses from other departments.
- Uncover upsell opportunities with your AE.
- Maintain regular customer contact.
- Ensure customers are up to date on product changes.
- Advocate customer needs cross-departmentally.
- Lead issue resolution and escalation management.
- Ensure CRM (Salesforce) records are accurate.
Hybrid and flexible working model: 2-3 days per week in the office.
What would make me a good candidate?
- Experienced managing a high volume of accounts
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing Sales / Customer Success / Account Management / Support roles
- High comfort level working with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in ways that are easy to understand
- Empathetic, emotionally intelligent.
- Strong understanding of direct debit and real-time payment solutions
- Strong proficiency in CRM management (Salesforce) and Microsoft suite.
- A passion for the Early Childhood Education sector.
