YieldWerx is a leading provider of semiconductor software solutions, empowering manufacturers to optimize yield and reduce defects. We're seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive customer satisfaction and adoption.
Job Description: As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their goals using our software solutions. You'll build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and provide exceptional support to drive customer retention and expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customized success plans for each customer
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Provide training, support, and guidance to ensure customer adoption
- Identify and address customer pain points and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve products
- Analyze customer data to measure success and identify trends
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion targets
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related field
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Experience with software solutions (preferably in the semiconductor industry)
- Authorized to work in the USA (mandatory)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with customer success software (e.g., Gainsight, Totango)
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
