The Packaging vertical is looking for a professional with a customer-centric attitude and a passion for data to join as a Global Client Success Manager.
This role will support the team carrying out tasks to build and maintain client relationships while providing customer service.
- Provide day-to-day ownership for the provision of services to the global packaging client base.
- Support coordination of data delivery and key industry insights around sustainability, eCommerce, and packaging trends.
- Support the Packaging Team with client deliveries and development through collaboration and insights.
- Lead subject matter expertise for NielsenIQ’s solutions relevant to the Packaging vertical.
- Showcase NIQ’s value proposition through use cases & industry thought leadership.
- Build client-specific insights into conversations to build context and clarity.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Work with product sales leads on new applications for the data.
- Perform regular reporting tasks and communication with clients.
- Manage client relationships ensuring clear communication.
- Support the project-based output of the team.
- Support sales generation consistent with NielsenIQ’s Packaging vertical growth strategy
- 3+ years of work experience in a relevant industry (FMCG, consulting, account management)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Awareness of market conditions and client business environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel)
- Ability to leverage data and discover actionable insights
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid situation
- An effective team player
- Initiative and ability to “make things happen”
- Familiarity with NielsenIQ tools (a plus)
