Sprout Social is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Onboarding to join the Sales & Success team in the Philippines.

What you’ll do:
- Provide tailored, value-driven onboarding experiences to ensure customer success in achieving their business objectives.
- Ensure new customers have a smooth onboarding process and customer-first experience.
- Handle a high volume of communication while prioritizing multiple methods and maintaining excellent customer experience.
- Meet and exceed quantitative goals while displaying qualitative behaviors that support teammates and clients.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in account management/client relationship roles within the tech industry
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication
- Experience delivering product training via web conferencing or in adult education
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and the industry
- Organized, detail-oriented, and empathetic with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to align customer goals with Sprout's value proposition
- Ability to manage simultaneous software implementations for multiple clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce.com or other CRM experience (a plus)
How you’ll grow:
- Within 1 month: Complete Sprout Social's 3-week onboarding program; achieve Sprout certifications and mock call certifications; shadow CSM and onboarding CSM calls.
- Within 3 months: Complete new hire mentor program, manage a funnel of about 50 customers, and significantly impact customer product adoption.
- Within 6 months: Meet agreed-upon goals, expand customer types, sizes, industries, and locations.
- Within 12 months: Exceed goals, influence customer retention, and gain peer and customer feedback.
