The RoleWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Representative.
You will work with the engineering and sales teams to ensure the ongoing delivery and experience of our products.
You will be responsible for collecting customer feedback and communicating this to relevant stakeholders to ensure the satisfaction and security of our customers.
What will your day-to-day be like?
- Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and engagement.
- Proactively expanding relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate the risk of attrition.
- Lead the quarterly reporting process to provide business value, measuring usage, and adoption.
- Closely manage accounts to identify and eliminate attrition risks.
- Drive continuous improvement of our ways of working, including leading the implementation of new processes and practices to maximize the impact of teams and the value we deliver to customers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align account activities with customer business cases and strategies.
- Capture and convey customer feedback for ongoing improvement of Jscrambler products and services.
- Manage day-to-day functions of the customer service, customer success and Project Management teams.
- Assist the Sales team with technical aspects, including demos, Proof-of-Concept setups, and meeting participation.
- Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify upsell strategies in customers
Experience and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Engineering, or relevant experience.
- 4+ experience in combined Customer Success and project delivery/management roles Or 4+ experience in combined Customer Success and project delivery, demonstrating a proven track record in maintaining client relationships and successful project management.
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar support processes.
- Experience with B2B and international client management.
- Fluency in English required, Spanish preferred as well, other languages are a plus.
