As a Customer Success Specialist, you will proactively engage with clients to provide guidance, ensuring they maximize the value from Freshworks. Your primary goal is to build strong relationships and ensure customers achieve their business objectives. This role is ideal for a customer-centric individual with a talent for problem-solving and a passion for technology.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proactive Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Engage with customers, building long-term partnerships. Establish relationships with key stakeholders.
- Product Expertise & Solutioning: Maintain product knowledge across Freshworks product lines. Understand customer business flows to provide solutions. Conduct product demonstrations.
- Value Realization & Adoption: Own metrics: increasing product adoption and ensuring customer retention. Identify opportunities for customers to gain efficiency. Promote awareness of product innovations.
- Internal Collaboration & Program Execution: Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Collaborate with Program Managers to run customer engagement programs. Implement and support compliance and information security processes.
