Full-Time Customer Success Specialist

• Strategic Account Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, provide white-glove service, respond to inquiries, and create accurate quotations.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, serve as a primary point of contact, monitor customer health and assist with onboarding.
• Dashboards, Reporting, and Post-Order Management: Create and maintain reports and dashboards, keep internal dashboards updated, and provide proactive updates on order status.
• Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Use CRM software to manage client information, document interactions, and track the sales pipeline.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with office software.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or client relations.
