Spade is seeking a customer service specialist to drive customer satisfaction. This role requires fielding inquiries, addressing customer pain points, and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge.
Ideal candidate: Customer-centric approach, high-quality service, and strong communication.
- Daily tasks: Inbound and outbound calling, scheduling appointments, presenting benefits to union members, basic computer skills, paperwork completion, quality control, and leadership development.
