Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Learn all necessary information provided for the role
- Assist customers through live support (chats, messengers, emails, and possibly phone calls)
- Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide a high level of service
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
Schedule: 2 working days/2 days off (8 AM-8 PM, 10 AM-10 PM, 10 PM-08 AM), sometimes can be shift can be 7 AM - 7 PM
Requirements:
- Languages: Ukrainian and English (good written and spoken communication skills)
- Empathy and stress tolerance
- Responsibility and focus on development and results
- Good basic computer skills
Nice to have:
- iGaming work experience
- Customer Support work experience
