About Scribe: We are a product-led growth startup helping millions document processes. About this role:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will:
- Resolve customer queries (mostly email).
- Recommend solutions.
- Work with engineers and product managers to solve problems and improve usability.
Required Skills:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Mac and Windows.
- Ability to adapt to large amounts of information.
- 4+ years of experience in Software Customer Support.
- Understanding of support process optimization.
- Experience with Zendesk (or similar CRM).
- Bonus: Experience with subscription-based billing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
