What you will do

  • Provide inbound customer service for a leading healthcare payments company.
  • Deliver a consistently great customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience; healthcare background preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain customer and client confidentiality with respect
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • High School Diploma required
  • Completion of a background check & drug screening

Required Equipment

  • A laptop or desktop PC (excluding Apple products, Surface, or Chromebook) with Windows 10
  • Ability to connect to the internet source with an ethernet cable
  • USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (external or embedded)

Remote Position Must reside in Tampa, FL to apply.
