Job Details

Value-add responsibilities:

  • Actively build relationships with customers.
  • Proactively inform clients of issues or potential problems.
  • Support clients daily.
  • Meet client needs within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Adhere to company processes for excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate in a secure environment, prioritizing data privacy.
  • Promote best practices in service management across teams.
  • Utilize industry-standard processes and tools (documentations, monitoring, alerts, diagnostics).
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Shift work and on-call:

  • Shifts between 07:30-19:30, Monday-Friday.
  • Weekend and public holiday on-call roster.

Required experience and qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, support, or operations (business services or related).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and coding.
  • Knowledge of credit risk, cash flow, DSO, and debtor management.
  • Familiarity with database concepts, Microsoft Office, and JIRA.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, process improvement, and teamwork.
  • Self-motivated and committed to quality and customer service.
