Job Details

Value-add activities:

  • Cultivate strong customer relationships.
  • Proactively inform clients about potential issues.
  • Provide daily support to clients.
  • Meet client needs within SLA guidelines.
  • Adhere to illion processes for excellent client service.
  • Contribute to a security-focused environment, prioritizing data privacy.
  • Promote best practices in service management across the team and other departments.
  • Utilize industry-standard processes and tools (documentations, monitoring, alerts, diagnostics).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Shift work required: 07:30-19:30 Monday-Friday; on-call weekends & public holidays.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, support, or operations (business services).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and coding.
  • Understanding of credit risk, cash flow, DSO, and debtor management.
  • Familiarity with database concepts, Microsoft Office, and JIRA.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, process improvement, and teamwork.
  • Self-motivation, commitment to quality, and strong customer service focus.
