In this crucial customer-facing role, you'll support customers with important transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide chat, email, and phone-based customer support.
- Maintain positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Resolve product/service questions and technical issues (root cause analysis, solution explanation).
- Provide accurate, complete information to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Gather product feedback and suggestions.
- Take on additional responsibilities and grow your career.
- Perform other operational/administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Obsessed with exceeding customer expectations
- Experienced in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Committed, focused, and have follow-through to resolve issues
- Able to diffuse tension and manage issues effectively
- Multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Flexible and cooperative approach
- Patient in resolving technical issues
- Comfortable and enthusiastic about technology
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 8am-10pm EST
- Saturday-Sunday: 8am-7pm EST
- Flexible schedule based on hours of operation

Compensation: $22-$23/hour (depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location)
