Job Details
We are seeking a first-level Customer Support Associate to provide superior software support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Revalize customers and teammates.
- Support incoming queries and issues related to Revalize's software.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize end-user issues to ensure resolution.
- Adhere to customer service and documentation standards.
- Solve first-level support requests; escalate as needed.
- Author, edit, and contribute to knowledgebase articles, FAQs, and functional documentation.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong German and English language proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong analysis, research, and troubleshooting aptitude or 1+ year experience troubleshooting SaaS applications, software, and hardware.
- Consistent access to a quiet work area for phone/video calls.
- Reliable high-speed internet access (minimum 20Mbps download/2 Mbps upload).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to be consistently productive while working remotely.
- Ability to excel in a high-paced, ever-changing environment.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with 3D CAD systems.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Understanding of networking topologies & protocols.
