Job Details
Customer Support Associate will work with customers through chat, email, and phone.
Answer questions, make changes to insurance policies, and counsel customers on their insurance needs. Ensure customer needs are taken care of in the first interaction and exceed expectations.
This is a remote position, requiring reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Report directly to the Customer Support Team Lead.
- Manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies by phone, email, text, and chat using insurance company systems.
- Explain insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach.
- Assist 3rd parties with policy documentation and changes.
- Work in a fun and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous call center experience
- Empathetic towards customer needs
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM MST
