Full-Time Customer Support Associate - Remote

The Customer Support Associate will work with customers through chat, email, and phone.

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies by phone, email, text, and chat.
• Explain insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach.
• Assist 3rd parties with policy documentation and changes.
• Work in a fun and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty insurance license
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Previous call center experience (preferred)
• Empathetic towards customer needs
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
• Spanish speaking a plus

Working Hours:

9:30 AM - 6:00 PM MST
