Position: Customer Support
Work model: Remote

What you will do:
- You are a reliable contact person for existing customers as well as for those interested in our services via telephone, e-mail or chat
- Network with other departments and partners to find solutions.
- Independently responsible for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Expand expertise in finance through training.
- Use customer feedback to identify product and process improvements.
- Work closely with Product, Capital Markets, Sales and Operations departments
What you will bring:
- Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
- Very good communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably with a focus on finance) or equivalent bank training
- Affinity for capital market products and digital solutions
- Friendly and solution-oriented
- Conscientious and detail-oriented under time pressure
