The role & opportunity
We’re Cryptio. We build infrastructure to bring financial integrity to the crypto economy. We’ve raised $26m from tier-1 investors and partner with clients like Circle, Uniswap, and the Government of El Salvador.
We’re hiring Customer Support Executives (UK), crypto native problem solvers who will help some of the world’s largest institutions get the most out of Cryptio’s enterprise grade back office platform.
What you’ll do
- Deliver fast, empathetic, effective support
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to resolve issues
- Report bugs, share feature requests
- Develop deep product expertise
- Own projects that improve our processes
- Drive measurable improvements to time to resolution and customer confidence
We’re looking for someone who
- Is crypto native and can walk through an on chain transaction
- Thrives on complexity over volume
- Communicates clearly and over communicates in remote settings
- Has excellent customer communication skills
- Is coachable, takes ownership, and shows initiative
- Bonus experience with accounting, reconciliation, or finance workflows
