Job Details
Working hours: 13:00-22:00, permanent. Saturday and Sunday are days off.
Customer Support:
- Advise clients on platform operation (live chats, emails).
- Transfer client requests to specialists.
- Introduce clients to referral, bonus programs, promotions, and discounts.
- Help clients choose promotion strategies on our platform.
- Answer customer messages and comments on social media (Facebook, forums, TG channels).
Requirements:
- English: Upper-Intermediate and higher.
- Additional Language: Advantageous.
- Education: Higher education in philology or marketing.
- Experience: 1+ year of client experience.
- Computer Skills: Experienced PC and Google services user.
Salary: EUR 400-600 + EUR 160 bonus (transparent bonus system).
