Role Overview:
Join our dynamic Customer Support team, guiding and supporting our customers in using Anagram's innovative platform. Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of Anagram, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers via chat and email.
- Understand and address customer needs, guiding them through platform features.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and customer records.
- Communicate updates on new features, improvements, and processes to customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or support.
- Team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Patient and empathetic when handling challenging cases.
- Quick learner, comfortable with various tools (Intercom, Slack, HubSpot, Google Workspace).
- Bonus Points: Passion for healthcare, previous SaaS/startup experience, knowledge of medical insurance terminology.
