We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide industry-leading customer support for our customers and ensure all stakeholder requirements are met. This includes those for our Sales, Underwriting, Risk, Engineering, and Accounting teams.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and support tickets, ensuring timely resolutions within established SLAs.
- Manage internal "Admin" tickets, handling issues like rejected transactions, fraud alerts, and maintenance errors.
- Guide new merchants through the onboarding process, providing instructions and ensuring proper setup of partner software.
- Accurately set up new accounts, assess for merges/additional TIDs, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure relevant teams are included in communications and stakeholder requests are addressed promptly.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in the payments industry, with knowledge of merchant accounts and payment processing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Comfortable using technology (computers, software, mobile apps).
