PlayOn is seeking a Customer Support Representative for MaxPreps, focused on providing excellent service and resolving customer issues efficiently.
Outcomes:
- Increase customer brand loyalty.
- Decrease resolution time.
- Reduce the number of channels needed for issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and provide troubleshooting support.
- Reply to customer service tickets via email.
- Enter high school sports data accurately.
- Import data using in-house software.
- Utilize live-scoring tools for games.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows 10.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of sports fan culture.
- High school graduate (college preferred).
- Experience with Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Customer Support experience is preferred.
