Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Promptly respond to at minimum of 12 customer support emails per hour on Zendesk.
  • Identify customer support bottlenecks and propose systematic solutions.
  • Communicating shipment requests to our logistics team.
  • Reporting any bugs in our operational flow.
