Tasks
We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to manage customer queries and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide timely, courteous, and effective support via phone, email, live chat, or social media channels.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer complaints and technical issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and provide accurate information.
- Ticket Management: Manage support tickets from creation to resolution.
- Troubleshooting: Identify customer problems and provide solutions or direct them to appropriate resources.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback and relay important information for product/service improvement.
- Escalation: Escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
- Knowledge Base Maintenance: Maintain and update internal knowledge base and FAQs.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in customer support or a similar role. Experience in the Financial Industry is a plus.
- Knowledge/Experience: Knowledge or experience in Finance, Decentralized Finance, Cryptocurrency, or Blockchain
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be fluent in English
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and calm demeanor under pressure.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate.
- Level of studies: Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Business, Sales or similar
