Role Overview: We seek a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to paid users. This fast-paced role requires a calm, structured approach to solve inquiries across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for paid users.
- Stay proactive and investigate complex issues to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate problems and address user needs.
- Develop and refine support documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support.
- Experience with crypto data, ideally using Dune or building dashboards.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy.
- Based in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST).
