Full-Time Customer Support Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• First-line support, handling customer and internal user requests via chat, email, and phone (rarely).
• Providing consultations about products/services (CDN, Cloud, Streaming, Hosting, DNS, Storage).
• Resolving technical issues by providing diagnostics and gathering incident information. Forwarding to higher support levels if needed.

We Expect You To Have:

• 1+ year of Customer/Technical Support experience
• Good experience with Zendesk and Jira
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute)
• Good understanding of hardware/software diagnostics (reading logs)
• English level B2 or higher
• Excellent customer advocacy and soft skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Quick learner, organized, and a team player
• Responsible, polite, and optimistic with strong communication skills
• Able to explain complex concepts clearly
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks

Nice to Have:

• German language proficiency (B1 or higher)
• Experience with CDN, Cloud, or DNS
• Experience with Linux and API

About the schedule:

• Two consecutive day shifts, followed by two days off.
• Day shift: 08:00 AM to 20:00 PM local time (11 hours including 1-hour break).
