The Customer Support Specialist role is an entry-level, full-time position on the Promoboxx Customer Support Team. The primary responsibilities include monitoring inbound emails, voicemails, and live chats, becoming a product expert in the Promoboxx platform, conducting 1:1 platform training, and supporting our internal team members with platform questions or technical difficulties.
This is an entry-level role and Support Team members are meant to pursue growth within the company. Aspiring Onboarding/Implementation Specialists or Customer Success Managers would be ideal fits for this role.
Responsibilities:- Learn all the nooks and crannies of the Promoboxx platform to be able to navigate and troubleshoot confidently.
- Work with our team supporting some of the best-known consumer brands and their retailers
- Learn the Promoboxx platform and gain hands-on experience with social media marketing
- Own our Support inboxes and utilize template base replies and AI to respond to user inquiries
- Make outgoing calls to train retailers 1:1 per request
- Answer general questions about the Promoboxx platform and its functionality for external and internal users
- Act as a facilitator the Customer Services teams and the Product/Engineering teams
- Assist with other necessary work as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills
