What you'll do
Experian is seeking Customer Care Specialists for its growing Costa Rican call center. You will report to customer care supervisors. This role requires passion for excellent customer service, interpreting consumer issues, and strong computer skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls for various business lines.
- Ensuring consumer satisfaction by interpreting reports, addressing inquiries, assisting with fraud alerts, and processing credit/score reports.
- Addressing and analyzing consumer grievances/disputes. Determining issue type and potentially routing to specialized teams.
- Educating consumers about dispute management and offering resolutions.
- Processing dispute requests, directly contacting financial institutions for investigations, and obtaining validation.
- Maintaining data integrity and accuracy in the database.
- Adhering to Fair Credit Reporting Act guidelines and appropriate credit regulations.
How your background looks like
- Required: 1 year of inbound call handling experience
- Required: High School Diploma
- Required: Excellent English written and oral communication skills
