What you'll doExperian is seeking Customer Care Specialists for its growing Call Center in Costa Rica. Reporting to supervisors, this role focuses on excellent customer service, interpreting consumer issues, and maintaining strong computer skills. Professional development is encouraged. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls for various business lines.
- Ensuring consumer satisfaction through interpreting reports, addressing inquiries, handling fraud alerts, and processing credit/score reports.
- Addressing consumer issues, interpreting and analyzing grievances or disputes, identifying issue types, and potentially routing to specialized departments.
- Educating consumers on dispute management and offering resolution options.
- Processing disputes requiring direct contact with financial institutions for investigation and validating consumer concerns.
- Maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Adhering to Fair Credit Reporting Act and relevant regulations.
Hiring Process & Location: The hiring, training, and employment process will be handled remotely. Employees will initially work from home, but are expected to transition to the office at Centro Corporativo El Cafetal II, Costa Rica.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of inbound call handling experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Strong performance in busy environments (85-90% occupancy).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience handling support requests from various channels.
- Ability to arrange, manage tasks, time, and resources.
- Strong problem-solving and interpretation skills.
- Proficient computer/internet skills for making quick and accurate decisions.
- Passing background check (criminal, employment, education).
