• Manage high call volumes within tight deadlines
• De-escalate difficult situations with empathy
• Utilize multiple systems to support customers
• Handle phone, chat, and email inquiries with passion
• Listen actively to provide accurate information
• Efficiently manage time and document customer interactions in CRM
• Meet productivity and quality targets
• Engage in video calls to collaborate with your team

Experience you have:

• 2+ years in a high-volume call center or customer service role
• Demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult situations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced in navigating multiple digital platforms
• Proficient in using CRM Systems
• Experience working remotely with a reliable wired internet connection
