As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll provide thoughtful support to pet owners via phone, chat, and email. We need pet-passionate problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments.

- Utilize multiple systems to support customers
- Handle phone, chat, and email inquiries with passion

Experience you have:
- 2+ years in a high-volume call center or customer service role
- Demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in navigating multiple digital platforms
