Full-Time CX Stylist

About the Role: As a remote Stylist, you will drive retention through personalized styling interactions with customers to help them look and feel their best. Give expert styling advice, support with everyday and special occasion outfits. Need a keen eye for style, knowledge of trends and excellent customer service skills. Build trusting relationships and help customers feel confident throughout their Rent the Runway journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Style customers via Zoom or chosen method for upcoming events, including outfit building, fashion advice, fit tips and styling tricks.
• Develop one-to-one client relationships via regular communication, referencing order/return history to enhance experience.
• Foster/maintain relationships with clients, build brand loyalty, drive retention/sales, re-engage lapsed clients, increase spending.
• Proactive approach to improve client experience and drive retention.
• Brand ambassador, championing core values, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Knowledge of all Rent the Runway products (fit, styles, inventory).
• Share customer feedback with team to improve the customer experience.
• Pre- and post-appointment outreach to ensure curated selection based on body type and style preferences.
• Assist customers with their outfitting needs, develop/maintain client list.
• Adhere to brand standards during styling appointments.

About You/Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a virtual or in-person stylist, personal shopper, or similar role.
• Strong love for fashion and luxury, extensive knowledge in luxury fashion, passionate about styling customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solver, proactive identification of improvement opportunities.
• Customer obsessed, committed to providing a positive experience.
• Technical aptitude, computer proficiency (G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, Zoom, etc).
• Self-starter, efficient multitasking skills in fast-paced remote sales environment.
• Strong knowledge of apparel construction, fabrication, size and fit.
