RoleThis is an extraordinary opportunity to partner daily with Executive Practitioners to elevate CxO engagements, increase wallet share, and curate progressive thought. We seek a brilliant storyteller to communicate the ServiceNow mission from various perspectives. This role is part of the Chief Customer and Transformation Office, partnering with field sales, marketing, and product teams to scale CxO impact.
What you get to do in this role:
- Own the Customer Engagement Strategy: Increase wallet share by curating customers, partners, and events for Executive Practitioners. Collaborate with regional sales to target customers and optimize briefing documents, materials, and follow-up messages.
- Elevate Customer Engagement Strategy: Guide, organize, and manage executive-level special projects. Develop relevant messaging and build best practices to scale events and speaking opportunities. Global travel for key events.
Requirements:
- 12+ years experience in consulting, executive engagements, or sales (preferably in cloud/enterprise SaaS).
- Passion for understanding customer needs and a problem-solving mindset.
- Deep experience interacting with CxOs, with a passion for storytelling and design.
- Proven ability to build consensus, guide high-performing teams.
- Superb influence and motivation skills, driving collaboration and resolving conflict.
- Ability to manage change, prioritize, and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Strong executive presence, verbal and written communication, and high energy.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, Dynamics, and productivity tools.
Compensation:$189,100 to $331,000 base pay + equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
