The Director, Customer Success (Ticketure) is a strategic and supportive partner for our customers. This role is responsible for proactively partnering with customers and establishing positive experiences. Focuses on long-term success and adoption of our solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Establish meeting cadence with key clients.
- Review new features and address customer challenges.
- Own customer escalations and improve customer experience.
- Maintain product knowledge and assist with customer questions.
- Collaborate with product development and support for client communications.
- Plan and execute client events (webinars, roundtables).
- Manage customer transitions to Ticketure.
- Optimize processes and enhance Customer Success initiatives.
- Ensure CRMs are up-to-date.
- Bring customer feedback into product roadmap.
- Ensure information is communicated effectively.
- Help clients maximize Ticketure's features (CRM, reporting, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years experience supporting ticketing products.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing ticketing product use.
- Deep understanding of customer concerns and troubleshooting ability.
- Strong knowledge of customer service (ideally in the ticketing industry).
- High level of technology awareness (networks, APIs, integrations).

Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 base salary, plus bonuses
