About Fubo: FuboTV Inc. aims to build the world’s leading live TV streaming platform. We’re rapidly growing. Job Summary: Seeking a Director of Customer Care to lead the customer support team and drive exceptional customer experience. Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations (teams, quality assurance, scheduling).
- Oversee outsourced vendor partners.
- Own key KPIs for all BPOs.
- Implement customer service strategy & success measures.
- Manage departmental budgets.
- Influence front-line policies & procedures.
- Oversee team performance & business objectives.
- International travel required (~25%).
- Make data-driven decisions for process improvement.
- Recommend plans for training, quality assessment, staffing, etc.
- Validate and approve vendor invoices.
- Conduct performance reviews.
