Job Details
We are seeking a Director of Service to lead our aftermarket and service business across North America. This role drives operational excellence, revenue growth, and long-term customer partnerships. The successful candidate will bring expertise in minerals and mining, petrochemical, cement, or heavy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership: Develop and execute service strategies, lead the Service organization with P&L responsibility.
- Operational Excellence: Manage service operations, standardize service processes, ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing service team.
- Customer Engagement & Commercial Growth: Serve as the primary executive sponsor for strategic customers, drive service sales.
Key Requirements and Professional Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years’ leadership experience in Service/Aftermarket roles within industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of conveying systems and/or end-of-line packaging systems.
- Proven track record of growing service revenue through spare parts, modernization, and service contracts.
