Full-Time Dispatch Specialist I

Brightspeed is seeking a Dispatch Specialist I to join our team!

As a Dispatch Specialist, you'll monitor technician workflow, evaluate and reassign tasks as needed. You'll provide updates and status information, escalating issues appropriately.

Responsibilities Include:

• Utilizing systems to monitor workflow and assign work to qualified technicians.
• Evaluating and reassigning work to available technicians.
• Monitoring and managing work volumes.
• Communicating with technicians and other departments to resolve resource availability issues.
• Analyzing exception service orders and repair tickets to dispatch to the appropriate technician.
• Ensuring accurate processing of service orders and repair tickets.
• Utilizing job skills, company policies, and dispatch procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School, GED, or equivalent
• 2+ years of related experience
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and PC skills
• Understanding of team collaboration
