Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service representative for the healthcare industry. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a vital industry while assisting Dutch-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support to Dutch-speaking clients in the healthcare sector.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Assist clients in navigating healthcare services and products.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and ongoing education.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in healthcare.

- Ability to handle inquiries and complaints with empathy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
