Job Details
The Enrollment Advisor facilitates prospective students through the application process, uncovering their needs and objectives to determine program fit. They support students through admissions and registration, ensuring requirements and deadlines are met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communication with prospective students through phone calls, emails, or text messages regarding the University and program.
- Follow departmental and management guidelines for lead management in the CRM system.
- Support students using a consultative process to ensure informed decisions about the University and program.
- Use the database to track student progress and communication.
- Achieve daily metrics for calls, speed to lead, talk time, and applications.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, quantity, and trends.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Experience:
- Demonstrated critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- 2-3 years of sales experience (in an outbound call center preferred).
- General knowledge of higher education and/or College admissions and recruitment experience preferred.
- Technically proficient.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented and demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
Technical Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM system(s) preferred.
Special Requirements:
Self-motivated, Proactive, Able to multitask, Strong attention to detail, Customer service skills, Team player, An understanding of the Higher Education sector is preferred
