Opportunity at a Glance The Specialist, Enrollment serves as a team member building trusted relationships with current and potential students. Specialists use in-depth knowledge of university programs to guide prospects toward appropriate programs and future success.

Responsibilities

• Master enrollment process, including financial aid.
• Communicate program value propositions using various methods (phone, mail, etc.) to enable informed decisions.
• Address and resolve student issues to ensure positive experience.
• Guide prospective students through enrollment process, assessing qualifications for all programs (including Doctoral and Alumni).
• Conduct quality inbound/outbound communication, increase lead activity, ensure accurate applications and maintain professional demeanor.
• Maintain accurate student information and observe confidentiality.
• Support program persistence and generate referral activity.
• Collaborate with team and other departments.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Comply with policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years customer service, account management, or relationship building experience
• 1+ years admissions experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Confident telephone presence
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated, effective teamwork, and independent work habits
• High-level understanding of products and degree programs.
• Strong time management, sense of urgency, and prioritization skills
• Consultative skills, adaptability to change
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and demonstrate accountability
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and good judgment skills
• Completion of Enrollment Specialist training (product evaluations and telephone assessments).
• Compliance with Adtalem Code of Conduct and Ethics.

Salary: $18.15 - $32.86 (USD)
