About the roleWe're looking for an Enrollment Specialist to join Thatch. This role is crucial for streamlining enrollments and payments for Thatch members to national insurance carriers where automation hasn't been implemented yet.

Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of enrollment and payment tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Support, and Advising to solve customer needs.
• Balance projects and responsibilities to address ongoing customer needs.
• Learn new processes quickly.

Background

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience (internships count).
• Strong growth mindset and desire to learn.
• Excellent organizational and writing skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently.
• Proven experience executing tasks (e.g., support queue, tickets).

Desired Skills

• Experience in the health insurance or benefits space.
